Privacy policy

What this site collects

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, optional preferred days and times, which service you’re interested in, and an optional short general message limited to 300 characters.

What this site does not collect

• No symptoms, diagnoses, treatment history or other health information.
• No date of birth, insurance identifiers or Social Security numbers.
• No advertising pixels, third-party trackers or session-replay tools.

How it is handled

Contact form submissions are sent to Melanie by email so she can reply. They are not written to a database and not stored in your browser by this site. Email is not a secure channel — please don’t include confidential health information.

Clinical records

Anything clinical — intake paperwork, scheduling, notes — lives in the practice’s secure clinical system, not on this website. Those records are governed by the Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your choices

You can ask what has been received from you, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to melanie@embodiedwithmelanie.com.

This policy may be updated as the practice changes. The version on this page is the current one.
