Approach
Psychedelic integration
Integration is the part afterwards. Something surfaced and now it needs somewhere to go, so this is psychotherapy about an experience you have already had.
You might recognize
Some of this may sound familiar
- Something opened up and you cannot find the handle on it now.
- You came back carrying a lot and it has sat unfiled for months.
- What you understood in the moment does not translate to a Tuesday.
- You want to talk it through with someone who will neither flinch nor oversell it.
In the work
What we actually do
Making sense of what surfaced
We take what came up and work with it as we would anything else: slowly, in the body, with attention to what it is attached to. Some of it turns out to be old material arriving in new clothes. Some of it stays strange, and strange is allowed.
Landing it in your actual life
Meaning that stays inside the experience tends to fade out. The work is turning it into something you do on an ordinary Wednesday, which is slower and much less cinematic. Therapy outcomes are not guaranteed.
Where medicine is involved
Ketamine-assisted therapy is the work I do where a medicine is involved. It runs 180 minutes at $846, in person at my Manhattan office or in your home, alongside ongoing psychotherapy with me, and it is not a first-line treatment. The ketamine is prescribed, screened, and overseen by a separate independent licensed medical provider, never by me.
“Real change lives in the emotional and unconscious mind, in the attachment systems and the body.”

FAQ
Questions people ask
Do you prescribe, supply, or recommend any substance?
No. I do not prescribe, supply, or administer medication, and I do not recommend that anyone obtain a substance. Integration is psychotherapy about an experience you have already had. I am not a physician.
Do I need to have had a psychedelic experience already?
Integration only applies when there is an experience to make sense of. If there is not one, there is nothing to integrate, and we would work in the other ways described on this site.
Am I eligible if I live elsewhere?
Not for therapy. Weekly therapy takes place via telehealth. I am licensed in New York and can only offer psychotherapy services to people who reside in New York State. Ketamine-assisted sessions are for New York clients too — in person, at my Manhattan office or in your home, only alongside ongoing psychotherapy with me, and with the ketamine prescribed, screened, and overseen by a separate independent licensed medical provider, never by me.
What if I am having a hard time with it right now?
Say so early and we will slow everything down. If you are in danger right now, call or text 988 or dial 911. This site isn't a crisis service and email is not monitored for emergencies.
